I am a fully qualified Balanced Body Pilates Mat Instructor, having completed my training with Purely Pilates in 2019/20. I am now a member of the Purely Pilates Collective.
I previously worked in retail management and training, after graduating from Lancaster University with a degree in Education.
I began Pilates about 10 years ago and have found it highly beneficial for physical mobility, strength and flexibility. I now aim to pass on my enthusiasm and knowledge to others.
I truly believe that Pilates can help us move better and can transform your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
